Photos - Gov. Dickson Conferred with a doctorate degree

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa state was today conferred with a doctorate degree in Public Administration at Ekiti State University, Ado.

The ceremony took place during the 21st convocation of the university earlier today.
